“I believe this Graduate Programme is the perfect way to figure out how you want your career to take off. The amount of growth and exposure I’ve had is incredible.”

- Phindile Mota, 2015 BWT Graduate

“Graduates feel part of the team instantly. I have been surrounded by people who not only care about the business but also care about people. The growth I have experienced has exceeded my expectations which speaks volumes about the positive, driven culture across the company.”

- Thapelo Phoma, BWT Graduate

“I have gained an immense amount of knowledge, from greasing a fifth wheel to group finances, and that comes down to the programme not being about absorbing theoretical knowledge but more about getting out to the depots and gaining first-hand experience in all aspects of the company.”

- Robert Barocas, BWT Graduate

“If you want to grow with a company, Barloworld Transport is the place to be. You get a hands on experience and I would recommend that any student straight out of varsity should first join a graduate programme. With this programme, you are not just focused on one job but you get to explore all the aspects from Finance to Workshop.”

- Martin Carstens, 2015 BWT Graduate

“Being part of Barloworld Transport’s first ever graduate program has been a very exciting and rewarding experience. To be a part of a corporate company that is pushing the envelope on innovative smart transport solutions, and still growing as fast as they are, is very rare. That is true testament to the entrepreneurial attitude embodied by Barloworld Transport’s relatively young leadership. I look forward to being a part of company’s continued growth story.”

- Bekithemba Ngulube, BWT Graduatee
